FAQ's
Is this coaching?
No, while I do use some coaching techniques at times, this is a structured model for rebuilding your life.
You’re not left to “figure things out” or talk in circles. You’re given a clear, step-by-step framework to follow so you can move forward with direction and purpose.
What is the JS Climb Model?
The JS Climb Model is a structured system for rebuilding your identity and life after disruption.
It’s built around 7 stages and 14 steps, designed to take you from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or broken to clear, in control, and moving forward with confidence. This is not theory, it’s based on real-world experience and proven patterns of change.
Is this a course or a programme?
No, this is a model. That means you’re not just being given information, you’re learning a repeatable system you can use for life. Once you understand the model, you don’t just get through one valley, you know how to handle the next.
Who is this for?
This is for people who:
💜 Have hit a difficult point in life and know something needs to change
💜 Are tired of feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain
💜 Want clear direction, not vague advice
💜 Are ready to take responsibility and move forward
This may include people dealing with:
💜 ill health
💜 major life changes
💜 loss of direction
💜 pressure in life or business
What kind of results can I expect?
When you follow the model properly, you will start to experience:
💜 Clear direction instead of confusion
💜 Less fear about the future
💜 Stronger decision-making
💜 More control over your life
💜 The ability to move through challenges without getting stuck
This is about real, lasting change, not short-term motivation.
How quickly will I see results?
Some shifts happen quickly, especially in how you think and respond to situations. But this is not an overnight fix. The speed of your results depends on how consistently you apply the steps.
Is there support available?
Yes. The model is designed to be supported, not done in isolation. Structured support options, including community and live sessions, are built to help you stay on track, keep moving, and not give up when it gets difficult.
How is this different from other self-help content?
Most self-help gives you ideas, this gives you a structure.
Instead of collecting advice and trying to piece it together yourself, you follow a clear, ordered system that shows you exactly what to focus on and when.
